Well said, ratherless of how many shares the directors. I think the deal is relatively good, esp. in comparison with AVO's offer.

Thus, you, me, and helium2 are going to accept RMS's offer in absent of a superior offer. Even in an event say RMS offers a greater premium later on to win our hearts, we will still qualify for the extra premium.

AVO won't be able to counter-offer for a while, so its RMS or share price to fall.
