I wouldn't get too wound up by their recommendation.
It biased, we know it and let's all move on. Grivas, Grobiki et al won't get another job in the industry.....unless, of course, they've already been promised a role at avoca...which is probably the real reason for the reject call!!
I personally think that an egm should be called to put that exact question to management. What deal have you done with Rohan Williams, boys???
Anyway, I will be accepting RMS because it's a good company offering me scrip at a premium to the market and in the absence of a higher offer.
