HVN notice of initial substantial holder this morning looks like it relates to UBS and it's related bodies corporate borrowing stock to lend out to clients who are getting short. This coincides with a spike in the % of stock shorted to around 5.7% as of 21 March. Looks like the heavies are positioning for a slide.
