Hi Chris,
I struggle to see why a consumption tax[gst] should be levied on "consumption", differently, because it arrives in a package from China, rather than getting bought in a local retail outlet.
Or do we scub consumption taxes, and go back to increasing income tax?
But, I'm happy to continue with my online purchases, if the government is stupid enough to let me avoid gst this way.
