On the cars it is definitely GST added - I have the invoice/receipt. And it is added to the end after including the freight,import duty, insurance, etc etc etc.
Yes understand the franchise thing myself been there done that and mine was superb till new management came in and changed the mentality. So rather than fight I sold and walked with a pocket full of money because I still had years to go on agreement. Practically every other franchisee walked with zilch. So I was very fortunate. Franchise is excellent with good management but absolutely poisonous with idiots running the show.
