Most enlightening! An offer will be made and recommended by ELM in my opinion. There must have been discussions before the surprise approach. Why would Dingyi raise money months before a due diligence? Had a dd already taken place? How has the share price performed since then? Aren't there warnings now not to buy? Isn't the price being capped? I feel sorry for long suffering shareholders. Will be interesting to see what happens
