A second listing on the North American OTCQX would be expected to push the sp higher. A higher stock price would impact the purchase price per share of the 500 million shares.

Dilution is the norm or maybe a necessary evil with many of these new small companies as they need more capital.

I'm surprise at the response in the stock price on the Australian Stock market. I think the news in the two most recent announcements were positive.

IMO the actions of short term traders have driven the price down and demoralized many of the investors.
