its probably got to do with the fact that some chinese company is going to be issued with 140,000,000 shares when there are about 90,000,000 currently on issue. plus another 42,000,000 going to those guys with the loonie dollar.
And, yes you are right, another 20,000,000 to the current batch of shareholders.
