Other RTOs of a similar nature have shown that the acquired company ends up with around 70% of the shell. Maybe 51% if we're lucky. So we'll be affected by a 51-70% dilution most likely. I think after closing the deal, minimum marketcap will be 10m. So we end up with no upside. 20m will be 2x, 30m 3x, 40m 4x. Given that the deal gets completed. Current market climate is shaky, hopefully they can still drum up enough interest for their tech stock. If it doesn't get through we'll be down 50-75% from today's level my take.
