    another delay is clearly concerning, although for MOG I think this is going to be beneficial. Clearly there is an interested party, an international major according to MEO, who has also negotiated terms on an LNG plant and commercialisation of Artemis if gas is found. This clearly is a vindication of MEOs technical work to date, and the permit in general, and the pockets of the potential farminee.

    So if the December drillng commitment isnt fulfilled, then this is a positive for MOG- a failure by MEO wont be because they couldnt find someone to farm in (they clearly could) but because they failed to adequately project manage the process bearing in mind the timetable set in place.

    Whats to stop MOG/CUE dealing directly with whoever is this major on the same terms? or the other many farminees who may have been outbid by this major? I think MOG comes out a winner now either which way.
