Wrt pending Independent report, there are two if I understand it correctly.

One is the Grant Thornton report to replace the DMR report.
That is due prior to the agm and will accompany an amended explanatory memo.
The other is the independent rpt for Artemis mentioned by FTB .
I too have only seen this mentioned in the 29-09-2009 asx release. Further updates/amendments to the Artemis acquisition didn't mention the report again.
