The concept of 'digital influencers' appeals to me from the perspective that it is a growing market and perhaps one that to date has not been heavily targeted by IT/Media companies. So on the surface it sounds fresh, new and full of opportunity. However, having said that, what I don't understand is how Crowd is planning to earn from it. How do they monetise their engagement in this digital influencer market? I have followed all the updates, videos etc but I still don't understand what service/software/support they are actually selling? Can anyone shed some light.
