I dont know about, my shares have been reduced 10 fold which reduces any upward move in my money ten fold from any movement in share price.

I dont know about this, if all proformance share are converted Isignthis will own over 73% of otis, this has also reduced my holdings in otis to 27% of my former holdings.
In the independent report in the last news article they say that it is not fair on existing shareholders but because there are no other offers it is fair.
