I don't necessarily mind TRF picking up lots of tenements, but someday, somehow, TRF are going to have to find a way to turn them into money.

How long have we been waiting for anything to happen that will actually make those tenements pay off?

You can have the most prospective ground in the world but if you can't produce any cash from it, what good is it doing you?
