GGX released an announcement 3/3/10 saying the hearing was set aside 'til 11/3 for directions. Funny OIP didn't release same. Unless there is an issue with that process I don't think OXX will challenge, unless they are somehow involved in that court hearing, which I doubt. OXX won't be able to get the votes they need with ESG and Ingalls approving the scheme.

I put DCs comments re PEL 6 corehole drilling to DM at the OIP meeting (while you were gone) as DM was indicating pretty much the EXACT opposite to what DC has said publicly (I believe the term 'duster' was thrown around but I can't specically attribute that comment to anyone). He said he couldn't speak for DC. It is very difficult for me to accept that they are both right, as that seems logically impossible.
