    This is exactly what I thought based on the following:

    Holding back information (diamond sales).
    Plant needs repairs....
    They need money.....

    RI flush out the weak, get a larger stake for less.

    I am not sure this is 100% derisked, however; the information that would derisk this investment is available. I am sure of it!
