Just some more info on how FLT are transforming away from a traditional travel agent to a travel retailer.

FLT are also opening up 'Hyperstores'. Think of it as many stores in one location and can have specialty travel products (e.g. cruises, rail, currency exchanges etc). There aren't that many of these stores, but they are located in high foot traffic areas like Brisbane Queen St Mall or Manhatten, New York.
