    currently BKT is 7.6 cents & BKTOD is 2.5 cents

    BKTOD is thus trading at a 2.4 cent premium

    it does not matter what this premium is called

    in terms of total investment, buying BKTOD today at 2.5 cents is the same as buying BKT shares for 10 cents

    the only reason you would BKTOD is to get bang for buck going long because you can buy 3 x more BKTOD than BKT with the same money
