Difference between BKT and BKTOD, page-12

Thanks everyone for the kind and patient reply. I will understand the whole theme if I know what it means by the exercise price of 7.5 cents. Is that a constant value? This 7.5 is a burning question for me. Where can I get this value from?
For example, I bought 100000 BKTOD for 2.5c
I am bullish with BKT going up before the expiry of the options.(unless the mine can't be developed due to local riots)
So, if BKT goes up to 30 cents before 30/11/18, what else need I do?

Should I pay 7.5 more cents per share to be able to own the actual shares? If yes, I understood. If not, I am in the dark.
