I assume they will for a few reasons.
1. They need an Asia hub
2. They have nearly all states captured with some contracts so it's not much to keep a base going forward.
3. Call me a skeptic but I believe the deal involves rubbing a few backs to acquire the company cheaper than they otherwise would. If you need more insight into this read the Spookfish hotcopper thread.
