Below is a copy of the last advice I have from Alfonso.It is self explanatory and this is all of the info I have re follup of SBN patent abuse by SBN legal team.
"We are investigating the issues with respect to Airmed and taking appropriate legal advice. We have to establish that the patents are in fact being infringed, and this will need to be done prior to taking any action, as it is an offence to allege patent infringement if in fact there is no infringement"
