Yeah Sparkler still holding.

Sales seemed to hold up in the second quarter which was kind of surprising but I am not holding my breathe for the 3rd quarter results- bound to be a drop off in sales.

I wonder what Yunghanns thinks he will achieve now? Serves him right if you ask me for being a bottom feeder. The little pest destroyed the options by selling down the heads to 2c so the company would get no funds and then he has the hide to go into court claiming he is a concerned shareholder.

I figure he must have dusted nearly half a million by now as he's sold over 5 million shares at a considerable loss and apparantly he is in court with QC's pushing his ridiculous shareholder action?? Must be mad. If he tries to buy out convertible note holders and get his t/o on the VWAP - what will that get him?

He will have shafted the one person who really keeps this company going - Buckwold - and you can bet your life Buckwold will take his business elsewhere if Yunghanns gets control.

End result if he suceeds , Yunhanns will have lost his 1.6 million , plus whatever he is spending in court plus the cost of the convertiable notes- assuming that is his end game.. and he will own nothing but an insolvent business which cannot be salvaged. What a visionary . Just can't see the sense in it and I really hope the judge presiding over the case throws him out of court and awards costs.

Shoulda listened when others warned that his arrival on the scene was a very bad omen-

On the upside the shares are cheap at 2c (for a good reason ) and they still have a good product if the world economy ever comes good. There is always a chance they can get a big flooring manufacturer to get behind this sustainable softwood fibre floorboard - you never know , it would go gangbusters when the building industry finally turns around...but when that will be who knows.
