Take so long just to apply Right of Way to build this access road. What happens when you need to link gas and water to build the project?
Also, mining potash 1000m underground is very profitable but why they choose solution mining? I guess that they won't be allowed mine underground there. Their big neighbor did solution mining, too. But the production rate is very low from what I can see on their annual report. No where near million tone pa. Their neighbor use solar to dry the potash solution I think. You need a lot of land area to do solar drying. If it takes so long to apply Right of Way, I am not sure if they will have enough land for that.
