ok yes i have to stop posting on 'jam' but apparently the french jam is a very old reciept that requires no added sugar,try and find a jam that doesn't have added sugar.
Now i have great respect for dick smith in business but especially as a pilot.
But that doesn't mean he can run a food co,if he is going to imo try and copy the french jam ie same glass shape ,basically little difference in appearance on shelf in wow stores next to french jam then he adds sugar and imo taste is inferior , its bad business to try and compete with such a proven french food product.
Australia has plenty of potential to develop its own food products eg cheese,canned fruit,even jams,but if jams don't try and beat the best etc etc etc.
