I'm holding out for the confirmation of the sales of Quest Rockhampton. This was supposed to be confirmed June/July and net proceeds of $8m after project specific debt. If that is the case, cash will be greater than market cap (very basic analysis I know).
After the sale of Adelaide Tce fell over, I'm really hoping that this one will proceed.
I'm not expecting great things from the next report, but at these prices a hell of a lot of bad news is priced in.
