also i have to add that all companies have to pay tax on realised gains. i.e BGS recently had an offer and were looking at selling lithium resource in Mali. Their share price was discounted for tax on the offer they recieved..

But 1. DGR could be drilling this thing for the next 4 years meaning that market mechinism should not be in play yet.

or 2. The market mechanism is in play and SOLG is already being discounted for a potential offer... Unlikely imo as no offer currently on the table.

or 3. J.V- dont pay any tax and free carry my ass to production
