Perhaps we have a different investment philosophy. I take current information and form a call or judgement about future performance. If my outlook is bullish, I buy or hold. If it is bearish, I sell or avoid. The stock market is forward looking.

In summary my bearish calls were:
1. Haggan is not a good resource and has issues.
2. Working on Haggan will cause delays on Tiris and result in cash burn and therefore a CR
3. The BoD do not have experience in niche metals (U,V) and this will impact performance.

SP has gone from 0.021 to 0.015.

1-3 can all be addressed and the stock can improve. I also said I prefer Haggan to IPO asap so AEE can concentrate all efforts/capital on Tiris. But I also said, I need to see how water is addressed in the DFS. This is mission critical. A water source at 100km distance is problematic. Is the 8 week delay sufficient time to find a viable source within 40km radius and include it in the DFS?

I would be bullish on AEE if:
1. Haggan was flipped
2. The BoD was bolstered with U experience
3. The DFS addresses all my concerns and the financial outcomes are ahead of peers
4. Raises capital at feasible costs without significant dilution to fund Tiris. This is project de-risking. I cannot see financiers putting up capital if they have concerns about flowsheet and water.
5. Works on the gold project during the orphan period of Tiris construction.

I expect the SP to improve as each of 1-5 is addressed. I called limited downside at 0.018. I was wrong because whilst I expect a CR, I did not expect it at the bottom. I thought the SP could be pumped to 0.02 on solid news. News was released but perhaps it only provided a liquidity event for traders and others to offload.

My sentiment can change in either direction. I avoid love/hate for any stock as emotion clouds judgement.

I am bullish gold and U for 2019/20.
