Therefore, the less equity raised for HERA, the better imho. I'd rather prefer them make smaller gains now due to forward sale of gold, than to dilute the biggie Nymagee is promising to become.

BTW, Alkane (alk.ax) is financing its Tomingley mine (roughly same size of capex) only by (commercial) debt and forward sale of gold. I can't see why YTC should not be able to do the same.
