    At 9 minutes into the video the MD states 22% mass recovery with a 3.5 upgrade in ore
    So 22% * 3.5 = 77% of gold bearing ore is recovered , that means 33% is going out the back end as tailings , before it is even processed , I would call that a big fail, they will need to make a big improvement in recoveries
