To be fair to EGA's management the delays have all been minor (a couple of weeks) other than the big shift of the DFS from last year to the April/June Qtr this year. This delay was due to them finding much more gold than expected in the PFS and having to go back and redesign everything for the DFS.

All of this should mean the DFS is a major upgrade over the PFS. This DFS is not going to just be a simple exercise in cost refinement, but a big change to the NPV of Rothsay.

I do agree that management seem a bit casual about missing deadlines, but the actual progress has been very good. They want to mine and don't seem too concerned about happens to the SP in the short term. Given the don't really need to raise any significant cash to mine they can afford to be unworried.
