Basically states that CER is getting the rough end of the deal in amalgamation where on change-over to 'New Centro' will cost CER about 4c/share minimum on NTA..

.. also that it seemed unbalanced because CNP's share in syndicates will also be included in amalgamation even though "Some of them have costly debt and deliver low yields."

The Chairman and board should pay back their salaries to Shareholders and hang their heads in shame...What a disgrace for trying to push this through..IMO
