    QGC won't walk away, but they will have to drop some conditions and sweeten the deal with a cash component to make up for SGL funding the first 10mil of convertible notes. imho

    Sounds like good news for SGL, i'm glad i got in before the halt. wouldn't be suprised if it jumps back up when it's lifted... anyone have a guess when that will be?
