A pretty embarrassing response from the Takeovers Panel...(if I was a QGC Executive/board member).
Clearly a poorly prepared take over offer.
SGL exec take a bow...excellent strategy.
QGC to walk away from bid...I reckon...I haven't heard from any SGL shareholder who is willing to sell under the terms offered.
As someone so clearly said before (to QGC) " dreaming!!!"
