The Germans are sitting in the market soaking up almost every share that comes on at about $0.23. According to the 28 June announcement they have added 2.3m to their original 10m. Virtually, no-one else is buying.
So, they either know something we don't or they are as clever as the German football team. Hopefully, the former.
