    its certainly buy time at these prices...

    if it hits market expectations - $5 - $6M first half and sells the QLD property for 18M, what is the current PE at todays SP price?

    I remember the days, DES was 15 cents and yep they had no EBIT, so it has to be a buy, but interested to hear what thoughts are on current PE?
