I think that there will be a lot of hot-seating in PDN for a bit as the debt holders who ended up with equity sell this down and opportunists such as Paradice establish positions.
The debt funds are not natural holders of equity and in many cases are not mandated to do so. Thus it is natural that there will be a changing of the guard.
IMO, whilst there are a lot of shares that need to change hands, it is an opportunity to use the liquidity to establish a position that may otherwise be more difficult to achieve. Paradice is certainly doing this.
