Thanks for your insights, I hadn't really thought overly about water allocation but now that I think about it this may be a crucial way of deciding who the winners and quality picks might be.
Just had a re-read of the previous acquisition announcements from ARJ... they do report the rainfall potential of each property and it seems to be ok.
I suspect this one will grow very quickly if/when deals are done post consolidation.
