have seen before that when a move on a company is made from that part of the world,more votes are controlled than disclosed. disclosure of related party transactions is seen as a joke to some.drillsearch has more to worry about than the takeover bid.think we can forget it now,and see if it did prop tdo price up.
pity about the cost of it all.
