Oh I forgot some thing !

$100,000 now for Director's fee's with no funds going onto the ground to create value for IGS SH BUT;

50 m SEG shares @ $0.007 = $350,000 what about "escrow period" on these shares normally 2 years by ASX ??

So if escrow conditions apply ? the there is NO cash flow liquidity for IGS for 2 years in the deal ! other than if SEG elect option to acquire remaining 35% taking them to 100% for $200k.

This only creates crap for IGS SH !
