From what I can tell Management haven't had the chance to meet officially with The Western Australian Government
let alone West Australian Government talking to Coalition Federal Government --meaning they haven't secured a funding proposal from china yet - (All my own thoughts).

Both are going to take time.

That being said an announcement along the line of
"We are in Negotiations with ?? in regards to ?? "
Would be awesome

Unless its all happened behind closed doors and its done and dusted deal, I would have thought a bigger leaker boat if that was true. So its back to being patient for a few more weeks. (Hoping I'm wrong but don't think so)
