Descending Trianlge_Bullish?

Wel....well...well, something told me to have a look at 5Yr chart.

*Descending Triangle is basically a bullish pattern. It's tried to break out twice allready, So when it breaksout to the up side it invariably performs better than when it breaksout to the down side.*

If news is good on Thursday, first major resistence level will be at 26c. If lines are wipped due to massive volumes (+10 million) we are looking at +50c SP.
