Infrastructure such as a desal plant and presumably a series of pumpstations are power hungry beasts. Maybe a JV with BHP or RIO would be worth exploring??? A buy back deal over time with some up front investment may improve the cashflow to get things moving. May be the catalyst we need for this thing to realise the potential it deserves!!!
