I don't know if it's going to succeed and I don't pretend to. Carnegie don't tell us enough about anything to gauge that. My gut says no, based on the way they've operated the last 2-3 years and the choices they've made in delaying and moving the pilot.
I think if Carnegie were ever going to deploy Ceto 6 at Garden Island they would have done it there first, and I've said multiple times the reasons why I think it should have gone in at GI first.
Regardless, when talking about the great unknown we should indicate what is opinion and what is fact. Especially if we're replying to someone who seemingly hasn't been following the news for a while.
