"ALl RIGHTS" is a term for film acqusiition, it means you are licensing all rights including but not limited to Theatrical, DVD, TV etc.
You too have some good points. Tread carefully though, DES have bitten off more than they can chew. With rgeard to downloading and online communities, the revenue generated form this is marginal and will continue to be so for the next 3-5 years. If DES make an aggressive push into this sector they will upset the hand that feeds them, namely bricks and mortar mass merchants, both rental and retail. It really is a catch 22, they are embracing the future, but it is too early to do so and at the risk of upsetting the big boys who often view downloading as a threat to exisiting business.
