Yeah - I posted a few weeks ago that the depth was being played quite obviously. The SP would run to 74 or 74.5 and as soon as it looked like 75 would fall, it would be immediately loaded up with a couple hundred thousand shares to keep a lid on it.
I laugh whenever people blame a flat SP on manipulation (it's usually because the stock is a dog) but in this case, I firmly believe someone is suppressing the SP.
That can only be a good thing in the long term. Could be a prospective suitor trying to keep the SP low whilst they suss out the books or they're simply acquiring as much as possible in the low 70s. It's not rocket surgery.
I really did think we'd be above 80-85c by xmas but someone saw to it that we weren't.
I'd blame the company for not doing enough to get the story out there but they've been flat-out with PR so there's not much more they can do except get a few more brokers to cover us.
So now we need some dudes with seriously deep pockets to go head-to-head with our suppressor and lift us out of the low 70's, or this other party will need to make a move soon.
One thing's for certain, they can't keep us down forever.
