It’s not only the fallout from the FDA decision that will affect us as ITF may end up walking as well if a new trial is required that puts subsequent reassessment for FDA approval approximately 8 months into the future along with the approximate further 6 months from submission for that new review to take place .... are ITF going to wait that long ? If so, are ITF still going to want to pay the original $ / commissions negotiated ?
Hugely important to get Vivagel on the shelves in the ROW asap to help counteract any fallout IMO .... hurry up SPL
