Denver Building Historical Cost: US$286.1 AR Book Value: US$347.8 Offer Price: US$330??
California Plaza Historical Cost: US$261.3 AR Book Value: US$306.1 Offer Price: ??
1 Martin Place Historical Cost: AU$214.5 AR Book Value: AU$265.0 Offer Price: ??
If all three go ahead, even at a discount to the HY09 BV this will be a lot of $$ for MOF. Pay off a lot of debt and reduce need for any possible cap raising.
