Rob Dennis is the COO of SIR, he has a large holding in SIR and POS, taking a directorship in POS also in Nov 2013.
SIR has no current infrastructure but has signed contracts and obtained $440M credit lines on top of their $250M cash haul. It may take 2-3 years for production and a cost blow out in building the plant and mines from DFS budget of $450M to about $800M, there is no raods, mine shafts, declines, staff rooms, mills, processing plants with 3.7MTpa capacity, all this POS has at dirt cheap hence Dennis move into POS and many SIR holders move into POS share register, wow look at that, the top 15 in POS looks like the top 15 of SIR except that AForrest holds the POS top holding of 23% instead of Creasy in SIR.
I hear HC posters say AF wants in on SIR, maybe, but Creasy holds the 35% blocking stake there. a bid by SIR would make sense on POS just for that infrastructure alone to save 2 years building and $650M cash burn for a paltry $100M. However i am not the SIR board but Dennis is the COO and he openly said at the POS AGM in Nov that POS is a good operation and good assets that he has worked on personally for years at all 3 mine sites including Lake Johnston, Black Swan and Windarra.
Must be a reason why SIR holders and Dennis has silently moved into the POS share register. Whats the agenda guys? Does anyone on here know the SIR agenda in POS? Dennnis must know. He was cut down in Nov AGM at POS by chairman Indermeur not to talk about the SIR/POS comparison.
Dennis is the legend of the OZ Ni industry, he doesnt buy shares and take directorships in other companies lightly.
