A numpty thinking here...my first thought was how CCE are under a PTO design cloud, maybe not but we have not been advised of CETO Power Take Off, not that we ever will be as could be the best kept secret ever ....
One CETO unit movement in 3 Dimensional space as opposed to several floats in a Vertical motion.. It would be interesting to see some further specs on this idea to compare Power Output etcetera..
I wonder how long in design to this point? All the best of luck to them
