I wonder how efficient it is .. it doesn't seem like a very sophisticated idea .. those floats weren't moving that much for the amount of waves they were seeing .. when the water is calmer I don't think they would be doing a great deal .. of course that's my technical assumption being an IT person and watching a 30 second video hehe

the ceto works on the tides more than the wave .. the pull in and out of the water from the shore ... which happens regardless of wave size .. again technically I don't know much about waves that I didn't learn being a bad teenage surfer
